About Us

Olivian Homes is a provider of quality accommodation and support for adults from the age of eighteen with autism and learning disability, including individuals recovering from cognitive impairment, language/communication difficulty and challenging behaviors. 

The service has various homes, and their homes are grouped with service users of the same needs. All Olivian Homes services are therapeutic person-centered home focusing on promoting independent living skills of the tenants. To ensure we meet the needs of our people, we work in partnership with a variety of professionals such as behavior therapists, aroma therapists, music therapist, speech and language therapist and occupational therapist, providing indoor and outdoor activities based on individual activity schedules. 

All Olivian homes are managed and run by very experienced staff from the learning disability and autistic background, they are also trained in prevention and management of violence and aggressive behaviors. All our staff go through full employment checks including DBS checks. 

Olivian Homes is a home where every adult in our care matters. Our principal aim is to provide services that best meet the needs of individuals within the community in which adults can be assisted to reach their full potential and to live as rich and rewarding a life as possible. Therefore, our motto remains “Home of peace and fulfilment”. We seek to always provide quality care support and accommodation services. We have several high-level objectives which remain constant, and which form the essential elements of our principal aim. These objectives are to: 

- Provide our tenants with a relaxed, friendly and safe environment always, where they will feel valued and secure. 

- Develop their social skills and relationships both within their home and within the wider community. 

- Increase and maintain their independence skills. 

- Provide the help and support which will enable our tenants to make informed choices and realize their full potential within the context of their individual plans of care. 

- Ensure that our tenant's individual needs are always met and that their care plans are developed or adapted to quickly meet changing needs. 

At all times provide the best carers possible who are highly trained, motivated and committed to our tenants.
